Okay, Seb and I have finally admitted that since Julian left and we gave up writing dutiful but ultimately soul-eroding reviews, we’re not exactly Comics “Daily” anymore. In fact sometimes we’re barely Comics Weekly (What’s that back there? Comics Weakly? Very droll.)

Anyway, for that reason, we’ve decided to change the site’s name to Alternate Cover, which is the name I’ve given to various comics columns for various websites over the years and, you may have noticed, the domain name we use anyway. So really nothing worth noting has changed, it just seems a bit weird not to mention it at all.

To celebrate this changing-of-nothing-important, I am also going to take on a 30 days of comics meme throughout October. The irony of changing the site’s name from Comics Daily and then doing a daily meme is not lost on me.
